I think my bell peppers are about done for the year. I have probably 2-3 more out there but the plant is just droopy no matter how much care, attention and water I give it. I think the constant heat has just done it in. I picked the 4-5 that were bigger and washed and cut them up and put them in the freezer. They weren't big enough for stuffing but they'll be great in soups and casseroles this winter. After the last few get a bit bigger I'm going to go ahead and pull the plant.
