Here are the tomatoes I got out of the boxes this week. I used some for a pasta dish I fixed for the teacher appreciation lunch (pictures below). Not sure what I'm going to do with the rest of them yet.
I used the tri-colored pasta, sorry no picture of it cooking. I have to forget at least one picture, right? lol
I added bell pepper from the garden.
I found these (olives in pouches!?!?!?) on sale for fifty cents, so I put two pouches worth in there after draining the brine they were in.
I also added the cut up tomatoes, two cucumbers, some sliced pepperonis that I had in the cabinet that I'd bought on sale earlier...
and some red onion and some Italian salad dressing.
I tossed it all with some pepper and a teeny bit of salt.
Then I sprinkled it with feta cheese.
I hope they enjoyed it!
