Small batch canning

I put up five pints of tomatoes today to use for soups and stews this winter.




I have some jerky drying but will have to show you that after it's done.

Now that I have a pressure canner, I am okay with doing a small batch since the time is soooo short comparability...I love having little jars of tomatoes around for when you just need a few.
