What a beautiful day!

What a gorgeous day today!  The high today is supposed to be in the mid 60s.  Lovely!

I'm doing some baking for a bake sale for a group we support.  So far I've baked a strawberry and a lemon cake and I have banana bread cooking now.  Once that's done I'll make a blackberry cobbler.  Yes, I'm using some of my freezer stash of black berries!  I'm going to make some fudge later, too.

It smells good in here and it's so great to be able to bake with the windows all open.  The house doesn't get too hot, the breeze is wonderful.  The Lord truly has blessed us with a great day today and I am rejoicing in it for sure!
