I think my zucchini are about done for the year. I have two small ones out there growing, but that's it. Haven't seen any blooms in a few days, so I think they are done for.
I took the few I had in the house and made zucchini bread. I use the easy recipe where you use your blender instead of grating them. They turn out a marvelous green and the kids LOVE it.
Here's the batter and the pans in the oven. I froze two and left two out to eat but they were gone very quickly, so I didn't get a picture of them sliced up. Sorry.
